The 14 Day Love Challenge :

How fitting is random acts of love just 14 more days before Valentine's Day!
For the next 14 days, love your partner as you would want to be loved without judgment or criticism of any kind. Please don't judge your partner if they do not want to take the challenge too.

Facts: We know that science has proven it takes just 21 days to make something a habit, but to prepare the stage for an awesome Valentine's Day we are cutting it to just 14 days. Continue on for 7 more days to get the full effect of this scientific phenomenon.

A few simple guidelines:
 
1. You must do (1) act of love or kindness everyday for the next 14 days even if your partner makes you angry.

Examples:

A. Massage his/her feet or body

B. Offer to get coffee

C. Serving breakfast in bed (always a winner)

D. Offer to run an errand
 
E. Give random huge hugs daily!

F. Be creative! 

Keep in mind, words of kindness count as well, especially if you normally do not offer kind words. You'll be surprised how a simple "you're beautiful today" or a sincere "thank you" will set the perfect mood for a night full of love and romance.

2. Calender your daily acts of love to be sure to complete a full 14 days.

3. Tell your partner you love them everyday at least once a day for the next 14 days. It amazes me how so many people just assume that their spouse or partner should know how they feel. Actions do speak louder than words, but saying or hearing "I love you" are very powerful and healing words.

4. The acts of love cannot cost any money, except for on day 14 (Valentine's Day) of course.

5. Please remember this is just for fun and you cannot pass or fail.
